Our People

Peter is a naval architect with more than 15 years global experience and nearly a decade of offshore wind expertise managing marine operations and construction. He has a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Maritime Technology Management.

Tom brings more than 15 years international project management and engineering experience, leading teams in oil & gas, decommissioning and offshore wind transport & installation. Tom has a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from the University of Western Australia.

Kailee brings 10 years financial services and capital markets experience, having worked across Europe, Asia and Australia specialising in Equity Sales. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and HEC Montreal.
